On April 26, 2025, PASHA Holding officially launched the Future Shapers program - an initiative designed to identify talented university students and recent graduates, support their professional growth, and provide exposure to emerging roles in today’s job market. Now in its fourth year, the program continues to evolve as a key talent development initiative.

This year, Future Shapers focused on three core themes: Data & Analytics, Software Development & Information Technology, and Product Culture & Innovation. The kick-off event featured a series of information sessions where speakers from PASHA Holding and its subsidiaries shared their expertise. They offered valuable insights into current trends and best practices, the rapidly changing landscape of technical and digital skills, PASHA Group’s strategic vision, career development opportunities, and the roles shaping the future workforce.

The program attracted more than 1,200 applicants, out of which 300 were shortlisted to attend the kick-off event and move on to the next phase. In the upcoming stage, participants will complete skill assessments and take part in a business simulation designed to develop future-ready competencies. Top-performing individuals will be invited to join the PASHA Group talent pool.

Future Shapers is organized by PASHA Hub, the Learning and Development Center of PASHA Holding. Beyond fostering internal talent, PASHA Hub is committed to creating meaningful development opportunities for young people across the country.
