Sabuhi Goyushov, Director of the Legal Department at PASHA Life; Sanan Mustafayev, Director of the Reporting Department at PASHA Bank; and Qaraxan Shirinli, Director of Risk, Business Processes and Internal Control at Bravo Supermarket Azerbaijan, were among the 25 winners out of more than 15,000 candidates.

The main goal of the competition is to identify promising managers with high intellectual levels and management skills, to develop and support them, and thus to create a personnel reserve bank in the country.
