Organized by PASHA Holding, the Future Shapers 2025 program brought together over 100 students for a two-day business simulation held on May 10–11. The simulation, which featured 18 teams, 2 different industries, and 6 stages, took place in a highly competitive environment. Participants not only made decisions on investment, budgeting, and strategy but also enhanced their teamwork, critical thinking, and leadership skills. In the end, two teams emerged as winners for their outstanding performance and were awarded prizes. This simulation was a significant step toward unlocking the potential of young talents and shaping them into proactive, agile, and resilient future leaders.
