Dayanat Sadullayev, who is the Chief of Staff of PASHA Holding, has been appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of PASHA Insurance Company from June 10, 2024.
Mr. Dayanat obtained his bachelor's and master's degrees in Administrative management of Azerbaijan State University of Economics in 2003 and 2005 respectively. Additionally, in 2023, he graduated from Harvard Business School's Business Leadership Program.
Mr. Dayanat, who started his professional career as an accountant in 2003, has gained experience in various fields, including oil and gas, construction, and manufacturing. From 2006 to 2011, he worked at E&Y consulting and audit firm, and from 2011 to 2015, he held various leadership positions in finance in Canada.
In 2015, Mr. Dayanat started working at PMD Group as the Chief Financial Officer and served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors from 2021 to 2023.
Furthermore, Dayanat Sadullayev has served as the Chairman of the Boards of PMD Projects, FMG, GLC, ALC, and Design Bureau, which are subsidiary companies of PMD Group.
It should be noted that since 2012, Mr. Dayanat has been a permanent member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
