Strategy and Performance Lead within Ecosystem

PASHA Holding invites experienced candidates to fill the position of Strategy and Performance Lead within Ecosystem. The role is responsible for leading the strategy cascading process across Ecosystem Strategic Assets (SAs) and ensuring continuous performance oversight.

Job Description:

  • Support Ecosystem Chief of Staff in setting strategy for the Ecosystem group companies by suggesting Objectives and KPIs. Advice Chief of Staff in matters of Strategic Assets strategy content setting and implementation, execution of Ecosystem and Strategic Assets overall strategic direction and aspiration setting activities;
  • Manage the proper cascading of Ecosystem CEO’s aspirations to Strategic Assets senior management;
  • Raising red flags during execution in case of lagging strategic performance of Strategic Assets and to support Chief of Staff in intervening to targets and/or emerging strategic threats/opportunities;
  • Manage consolidation of Strategic Assets performance reviews, deviations, causes and recommendations into consolidated reports for Chief of Staff;
  • Manage overall metrics (KPIs) setting process for Strategic Assets as instructed by Chief of Staff;
  • Responsible for understanding the root causes of critical issues and any deviation from strategic aspirations set initially and escalation to Chief of Staff level;
  • Being involved in critical committees as part of formal involvement in Ecosystem group governance;
  • Contribute to annual budgeting process and ensure the quality and timely preparation of budgets of Ecosystem group companies;
  • Being involved in PASHA Holding internal governance bodies (when required): PASHA Holding Day, Agile meeting, Town-Hall, Monthly Strategic Assets performance review .

Experience, Competencies and Skills Required:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Strategy or Business Management fields;
  • 4 years of professional experience in financial services, banking area financial reporting and analysis;
  • Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani, English, Russian and Turkish languages;
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Knowledge of banking and insurance business;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other softs (e.g. Bloomberg, Capital IQ, SAP);
  • CFA, FRM certification is preferable.
