Senior Procurement Specialist

PASHA Holding invites experienced candidates to fill the position of Senior Procurement Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and Guidance: Assist the Procurement Manager in daily operations and offer support to the procurement team to ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures.
  • Strategic Development and Data Analysis: Contribute to the development of procurement strategies, procedures, and policies. Utilize evidence-based analysis to recommend improvements to sourcing strategies, focusing on price, quality, and service. Analyze procurement data to generate actionable insights, monitor group-wide purchases, and implement strategies for cost optimization.
  • Contract Negotiation and Management: Aid in negotiating contracts and agreements, managing the end-to-end sourcing process, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies.
  • Supplier Engagement and Compliance: Ensure that suppliers adhere to legal requirements and align with PASHA Holding’s values. Engage with suppliers who share the organization’s commitment to ethics and compliance.
  • Consolidation and Coordination: Act as the primary contact for consolidated procurement needs, managing post-award contract management and participating in the Group’s procurement consolidation processes.
  • Innovation and Improvement: Foster a strategic and innovative approach to procurement activities. Support sourcing partnerships and initiatives aimed at driving improvements and efficiencies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, specializing in strategic sourcing or category management.
  • Proficiency in procurement processes, tools, and systems, including e-procurement and contract management software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • In-depth understanding of strategic sourcing processes and strong negotiation skills.
  • Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Russian or Turkish is advantageous.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of database management, including data querying and extraction.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).
  • Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP.
  • Familiarity with the company’s procurement needs (e.g., IT hardware, marketing services) and an understanding of market trends, risks, and supplier selection principles.
  • Proven experience in managing supplier performance, contracting (including drafting, signing, execution, and closing), and handling consolidated tenders (including scope consolidation and stakeholder coordination).
