PASHA Holding invites experienced candidates to fill the position of PMO specialist.
The PMO Specialist will play a critical role in the Project Management Office by supporting the management, coordination, and delivery of projects across various departments. This position will be responsible for enforcing PMO governance standards, tracking project progress, and ensuring the alignment of projects with business objectives
Job description:
- Carry our business analytics work to deliver on the strategic targets of Group PMO;
- Supporting the development and implementation of project management methodologies, frameworks, and processes;
- Ensuring compliance with project management governance and reporting standards
- Providing required support/participate in the execution of functional and cross-functional strategic projects;
- Monitoring project schedules, deliverables, and budgets.
- Coordinating project documentation, reporting, and dashboards to ensure clear visibility of project status.
- Conducting or contributing to post-project evaluation/assessment reviews and identifying critical insights and any lessons learned;
- Tracking KPIs and metrics related to project performance;
- Liaise with Group Functions and PASHA Group Strategic Assets to gather necessary information for Group SteerCo and similar collective platforms ;
- Provide support in preparation of periodic and ad-hoc reports and presentations on strategic groupwide and SA related projects;
- Provide support related to Operational Plan Development and Operational Review meetings;
- Maintain document management for all Group Steering Committee and projects related documentation (PMO Database administration);
- Conduct required PMO related ad-hoc tasks;
Experience, Competencies and Skills Required:
- At least 2+ years of work experience in Project Management related fields;
- Strong understanding of project management principles and best practices (e.g., PMI, Agile) and familiarity with PMO tools;
- Experience in analytics of different kind of data and information streams;
- Ability to think at a strategic level while simultaneously keeping daily activity under control;
- Strong analytical skills that would enable the person to act as a change agent in Group PMO network;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to proactively address project challenges and roadblocks;
- Detail-oriented and self-organized;
- Excellent skills to balance key priorities;
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially – Excel and PowerPoint);
- Good knowledge of English and Azerbaijani languages (both verbal and written);
