HR Strategy & Transformation Expert will lead the execution of strategic initiatives to drive HR transformation and organizational excellence. Will play a pivotal role in shaping HR frameworks, policies, and practices to align with business objectives, enhance operational efficiency, and foster a culture of innovation and growth.
Job description:
- Execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, vision, and values. Drive initiatives to enhance HR capabilities, effectiveness, and contribution to overall business success.
- Being a focal point as an HR Strategic Business Partner across various businesses of PASHA Group of Companies.
- Design, optimize, and implement HR operating models to streamline processes, improve service delivery, and drive operational excellence. Ensure alignment with organizational structure, culture, and strategic priorities.
- Drive agility and innovation within the HR function by adopting agile methodologies and practices. Implement iterative approaches to HR processes, such as performance management, talent acquisition, and organizational design, to enhance responsiveness and adaptability to change.
- Support in developing comprehensive HR technology strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives. Evaluate current technology landscape, identify gaps, and recommend solutions to enhance HR capabilities and drive digital transformation.
- Contribute to the review, development, and enhancement of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines. Provide input on policy revisions, updates, and compliance requirements to ensure alignment with legal regulations, industry standards, and organizational values.
- Develop and maintain a robust skills framework to assess, develop, and deploy talent effectively across the organizations.
- Run internal mobility programs to facilitate employee mobility, international assignments, and cross-border talent deployment.
- Participate in discussions and analysis of HR data, metrics, and trends to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement. Contribute insights and recommendations for leveraging data analytics to optimize HR processes and outcomes.
Experience, Competencies and Skills Required:
- 8+ years of progressive experience in HR strategy, organizational development, or related areas, with a focus on transformational change.
- Demonstrated expertise in HR frameworks, practices, and methodologies.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven track record of driving HR transformation and delivering measurable business results.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) and/or change management is a plus.
