The HR Specialist will play a crucial role in the performance management and learning and development functions of the organization. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing training logistics, and supporting talent management initiatives to foster employee growth and enhance organizational performance.
Job description:
- Update company systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Coursera e-learning platform) according to internal performance management and learning and development policies, ensuring accurate tracking and compliance.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee performance evaluations, development plans, and related documentation.
- Assist in the performance evaluation process, including scheduling and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate and confidential training records for all employees, ensuring compliance with training requirements as outlined in our internal learning and development policy.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions according to employees' Individual Development Plans (IDPs), including scheduling, venue arrangements, materials preparation, and communication with participants.
- Arrange coaching and mentoring programs for employees, collaborating with internal and external coaches, mentors as needed to support development objectives.
- Support talent development initiatives, including succession planning and leadership development programs.
- Oversee and regulate all documentation and processes related to coaching, including management of coach contracts and regulatory compliance.
- Support all learning and development training initiatives based on employees' IDPs to ensure alignment with developmental goals and organizational strategy.
- Prepare regular reports on performance management and learning and development activities.
- Analyze training and performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding performance management and training inquiries.
- Provide support to managers in implementing performance management processes and development programs.
Experience, Competencies and Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, focusing on performance management and learning and development.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., SAPSuccessFactors) and MS Office Suite.
