HR Recruiter within Ecosystem

PASHA Holding invites experienced candidates to fill the position of HR Recruiter within Ecosystem.

Job description:

  • Create and post job descriptions on various platforms. Identify and engage potential candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn), and employee referrals;
  • Review resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct preliminary interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit;
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews cycles to ensure a smooth and efficient interview process;
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs;
  • Manage candidate data using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with recruitment policies and regulations;
  • Communicate feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process, maintaining a positive candidate experience;
  • Verify candidate backgrounds and references to ensure credibility and reliability before employment;
  • Support employer branding by attending job fairs, networking events, and managing recruitment marketing campaigns to attract top talent;
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientations, and training to ensure smooth integration;
  • Manage expatriate hiring and relocation processes, including visa and work permit processing, travel arrangements, accommodation, and cultural integration.

Experience, Competencies and Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, or in HR Management;
  • Minimum of 4 years of total work experience, including 2 years in a relevant function;
  • Familiarity with Assessment and Selection Tool, Knowledge of Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding;
  • Experience with Sourcing Tools and Techniques;
  • Expertise in using ATS platforms;
  • Proficiency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian.
