Starting from April 2023, under the sponsorship of PASHA Holding and the initiative of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBIA) as well as the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the "Qarabağ KOB-ları" program has been implemented.
Within the framework of the program, about 50 SMEs were created and provided with the necessary equipment in order to support the improvement of social security and employment of the families of martyrs, veterans, and war participants. Participants who applied to the program received different training programs on business plan preparation, marketing, financial management, human resources management, sales, and other topics.
It should be noted that the "Qarabağ KOB-ları" program will be continued in 2024 as well. The public will be informed about the acceptance of applications to the program and other detailed information.
