Victory Park is being built by "PMD Projects" LLC with the support of PASHA Holding

Victory Park is being built on November 8 Avenue, Baku to perpetuate the memory of our heroes who died in the Patriotic War. The project is implemented by "PMD Projects" LLC with the financial support of "PASHA Holding" LLC. This was announced at the public hearing dedicated to the presentation of Victory Park.

"The theme of victory, the participants of the Patriotic War, the revival of Karabakh are the main  focus of PASHA Holding, and for this reason, the Holding and its subsidiary companies continuously implement projects dedicated to these topics. In this regard, the strategically important "Victory Park" project aims to perpetuate the memory of our martyrs. The Park will house the Memorial Complex of the Patriotic War, as well as the Victory Museum," said Aytaj Mukhtarzade, press secretary of PASHA Holding.

Parviz Mehraliyev, representative of "PMD Projects" company, head of "Victory Park" project, said that the concept of the park has already been approved and negotiations are underway with state institutions. According to him, "Construction work is planned to be completed in the next 18 months, that is, by the end of 2024. In total, the area of the project will be 98,000 square meters, and objects reflecting the history of Azerbaijan and its victory in the Second Karabakh War will be built on its territory.

We would like to inform you that in order not to damage the greenery currently located in the area intended for Zafar Park, trees falling under construction in the area will be moved to the area near the park with the help of special equipment.

It should be noted that currently, with the support of PASHA Holding, the Victory Park is being built in Shusha, as well as the restoration of mosques and other infrastructure facilities in the territories freed from occupation. "PMD Projects" LLC also takes an active part in the ongoing restoration works, especially in the reconstruction of the liberated Agdam region.
