Rovshan Allahverdiyev, deputy chief executive director of "PASHA Holding" LLC, held a meeting with competition winners Jamal Naghiyev and Khanbaba Sultanli within the mentoring program of the second "Yukselish" competition.
Rovshan Allahverdiyev, as one of the managing directors of the project, discussed the results of the one-year personal development plan with the competition winners and gave his final advice on further improving the professional skills of the winners in the future.
The winners of the second "Yukselish" competition, in their turn, expressed their gratitude to Mr. Rovshan for the opportunity to meet the deputy chief executive director of "PASHA Holding" within the framework of the mentoring program, and for the support shown throughout this period, as well as for his sincere attitude.
It should be noted that the "Yukselish" competition was established by the Decree signed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev on July 26, 2019, in order to identify and support promising executives with high intellectual level and management skills and to ensure the creation of a personnel reserve bank in the country.
