Recently, an agreement was signed between PASHA Holding and Marriott International, Inc. regarding PASHA Holding’s first project in Uzbekistan. The Ritz-Carlton, set to be located in the capital, Tashkent, will be the country’s first ultra-luxury hotel. The hotel is planned to occupy a building with over 30 floors, featuring 140 rooms and three distinct restaurants.
The next phase of the project is expected to involve the construction of residential apartments and commercial spaces in the same area.
Mir Jamal Pashayev shared further details about the new project during his recent visit to Uzbekistan.
