Jalal Gasimov, the chief executive officer of "PASHA Holding", met with the winners of the third "Yukselish" competition, Elvin Alizade and Ulviyya Mehraliyeva.

The CEO congratulated the winners and wished success in their future activities. He said that within the specially prepared Mentorship program, the winners will get to know the activities of various structural units of "PASHA Holding" and will be involved in activities aimed at developing their knowledge and skills in special fields according to their qualifications. Jalal Gasimov also gave detailed information to the winners about the activities of the institution he heads.

The winners of the third "Yukselish" competition thanked Jalal Gasimov for the opportunity created within the Mentoring program and for the sincere reception and said that they want to benefit from his personal experience.

It should be noted that the "Yukselish" competition was established by the Decree signed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on July 26, 2019. The competition includes citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan with a higher education, aged 21-51, with two years of management experience. The competition consists of 5 stages - registration, online selection, face-to-face, semi-final and final. The winners of the competition receive a one-year personal development plan and a self-development grant in the amount of 20,000 AZN each from the management leaders (https://yukselish.az/mentors.html).

It should be noted that the Decree was signed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on December 25, 2023, regarding the holding of the next, the fourth "Yukselish" competition.
