With the support of PASHA Holding, the opening event of the “Her IT Journey 3” project took place.
Recently, the opening event of the “Her IT Journey 3” project, organized by the online education platform Safavy.org and supported by PASHA Holding, was held. Safavy.org is Azerbaijan’s first video-based educational startup, producing video lessons exclusively in Azerbaijani. In addition to this, the platform implements various social projects aimed at enhancing women’s digital skills in the country. One such initiative is the “Her IT Journey” project.
During the first two cohorts of the project, a total of 85 women from the regions received training in Information Technology (IT), UI/UX design, and Data Analytics. The primary goal of the project is to strengthen the digital skills of women living in the regions or those who have moved to the capital for education, support their integration into the job market, and equip them with essential soft skills for career development.
It should be noted that women’s entrepreneurship is one of the key focus areas of PASHA Holding’s Corporate Social Responsibility strategy. In this regard, PASHA Holding and its subsidiaries implement various initiatives, such as “AFAQ”, “Ana Sahibkar”, and other projects. Additionally, last year, PASHA Holding supported Azerbaijan’s national volleyball team.
