With the support of PASHA Holding, the first inclusive café has opened in Baku.

Recently, the opening ceremony of the first inclusive “Kashalata” café was held, initiated by the “Birgə və Sağlam” Public Union and supported by PASHA Holding, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population, the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBIA), SOCAR, and Trendyol Azerbaijan.

The aim of this initiative is to support the employment of young people with disabilities and promote their integration into society. Located at 57 Uzeyir Hajibeyli Street, the café currently employs 20 young people, 10 of whom are individuals with physical disabilities.

It is worth noting that supporting women and children is a key component of PASHA Holding’s corporate social responsibility activities. To this end, the company supports various initiatives such as aid campaigns for children with thalassemia and autism, assistance to orphans, blood donation drives, and other similar projects.
