The “Əlaçı” Scholarship Program, organized by PASHA Holding and PASHA Insurance, continues to support the professional and personal development of talented students. The opening ceremony for the 2024–2025 academic year was held recently.

Launched in 2022 as part of PASHA Holding’s Corporate Social Responsibility efforts, the “Əlaçı” program aims to empower the younger generation through a variety of initiatives. This one-year scholarship program targets 3rd- and 4th-year undergraduate students, providing monthly stipends and opportunities for skill-building.

Now in its third edition, the 2024–2025 program will include professional and personal development events and training sessions. Over 2,380 students applied this year, with 110 selected to participate. Throughout the program, students will engage in a 3-month personal growth marathon, offline workshops, one-on-one mentoring, career simulations, networking events, and expert talks with professionals from PASHA Holding and PASHA Insurance—focusing on both soft skills and career advancement.
