Innovation Program Coordinator

PASHA Holding invites experienced candidates to fill the position of Innovation Program Coordinator.

Job description:

  • Performs detailed evaluations of internal innovation ideas against the innovation needs of the PASHA group of companies);
  • Collaborates and develops effective working relationships, and partnerships with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders (counterparts, universities, incubators, accelerators, other innovation ecosystem players);
  • Work closely with the Innovation Lead to strategically prioritize and manage innovation opportunities;
  • Manage cross-company Internal Innovation projects (i.e. Group-wide Innovation program, events like pitch competitions) end-to-end;
  • Build Innovation community within PASHA group of companies.
  • Identify gaps and competitive threats; stay up-to-date on latest innovation trends, understand macro/micro market trends and competitive threats to provide insightful strategic recommendations;
  • Support the implementation of External Innovation Events such as hackathons, startup competitions;
  • Develop Group-wide Innovation Newsletter to ensure the companies stay abreast of trends;
  • Draft website/intranet page and social media posts, collaborate with our corporate communications team to ensure alignment;
  • Create internal idea generation tool in Intranet (Innovation Page) and build framework for idea processing;
  • Support Innovation Team in other relevant tasks;

 

Education, Experience and Skills Required:

  • More than 5 years of experience in strategy, operations, project management
  • Demonstrated track record of supporting complex projects and building strong relationships with cross-functional team members;
  • Analytical – grasps complex concepts and synthesizes unstructured data to summarize effectively and drive key decisions;
  • Critical and “out-of-the-box” thinker – questions the status-quo while coming up with innovative solutions;
  • Understand basic finance and modeling, including cash flow analysis, IRR, NPV etc;
  • Strong project management skills (Availability of project management certificates is preferable);
  • Mixed background in multiple industries is preferred;
  • Entrepreneurial and creative strategist;
  • Strong facilitation, consultation and convening skills and experience;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust and productive relationships;
  • Passionate about technology and eager to stay up to date on latest trends;
  • Fluent English, preferably Turkish and Russian languages;
  • Executive presence and communication skills – able to build executive-level presentations and present to an executive audience;
  • Staying abreast of innovation trends, Finance/Insurance is preferable;
