Corporate Communications Assistant

PASHA Holding invites experienced candidates to fill the position of Corporate Communications Assistant.


Job description:

  • Create single slides and entire presentations for internal and external audience that fulfill quality standards and follow design guidelines in accordance with the Company Brand Book;
  • Upgrade single slides regarding layout, visualization of the message, format and technical setup, use of imagery;
  • Upgrade entire documents: according to purpose, consistently formatted and accurately graphically executed, improved visual conception of all slides (layout, visualization of message);
  • Collaborate closely and communicate directly with different functional teams during entire production process;
  • Proofread documents to ensure that quality standards are met (quality assurance);
  • Support with administration of internal communication channels;
  • Support with coordination of corporate meetings and events, scheduling meetings and organizing, recording and extracting relevant data on meetings and evaluating the quality if required;
  • Updating information on external communication channels such as website
  • Work in other design software when required, e.g., for video editing or photo manipulation for the purposes of and as part of PASHA Holding’s communications activity scope;
  • Provide advisory service or give recommendations to the staff in terms of visualization if needed;
  • If relevant, train and coach teams in exhibit design and effective use of PPT and think-cell and similar tools;
  • Contribute to office initiatives and community-building activities;
  • Complete duplicating and binding requests. Provide range of specialized services as appropriate (e.g., specialty bindings, poster enlargements and mounting);


Experience, Competencies and Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree;
  • First professional experience required;
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Powerpoint; strong eye for layout and design; basic knowledge of design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign);
  • Good knowledge and experience in working with online communication and evaluation tools – Zoom, Microsoft Teams; Survey monkey, Mentimeter etc. + Adobe video editing tools
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; customer service focus; high flexibility and focused on deadlines; ability to work independently and as part of fast-paced team;  good communication and comprehension skills;
  • Excellent writing skills in Azerbaijani and English
