PASHA Holding invites experienced candidates to fill the position of Budget and Planning Manager.

Job description:

  • Leading budgeting process at PASHA Holding level;
  • Development of budgeting principles (budget approach) as part of PASHA Holding
    budget policy;
  • Development of MIS (key highlights and main concept, advice on technical solutions);
  • Budget and MIS modelling (PASHA Holding and SAs);
  • Budget analysis (including MIS);
  • Development of main inputs that will be used during the Group Budget policy
    preparation process.

Experience, Competencies and Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance;
  • ACCA papers passed (F1-F3; F7);
  • Minimum 7 years of professional experience;
  • Strong technical skills in preparation and assessment of budgeting a forecasting
    (considering business specifics (banking);
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, financial modeling skills;
  • Extensive knowledge of local banking reporting systems (prudential, SD and etc.);
  • Strong knowledge of management information system principles (approaches, methods
    and etc.);
  • Good knowledge of Azerbaijani and English; knowledge of Russian is an advantage;
