PASHA Holding invites experienced candidates to fill the position of Senior Communications Specialist.

Job description:

  • Lead the development and deployment of the company’s internal and external communications strategy;
  • Ensure effective communication of PASHA Holding strategy, mission, vision and values across the entire group and contribute to strengthening of corporate culture and organization health;
  • Ensure effective interaction and alignment between the corporate center and the group’s Strategic Assets in terms of communication policies and approach;
  • Assist in the creation of communications materials across the organization including policies, press releases, presentations and editorial content;
  • Conducts regular trainings to enhance the quality of communication across the group;
  • Respond to media and public inquiries for information or forward requests to appropriate spokesperson; analyze impact of media coverage; assist in managing media issues;
  • Manage the website content and administer the Intranet portal;
  • Initiate and build relationships with key media agencies;
  • Assist with organizing press conferences, interviews and briefings as and when necessary;
  • Create and maintain targeted media lists;
  • Organize and maintain all PR and communications assets including images, video and other content;
  • Respond to incoming media inquiries and information requests;
  • Develop corporate presentation;
  • Develop annual reports;
  • Develop press materials and relevant types of content including press releases, communications plans, messaging documents, talking points, speeches, fact sheets, Q&A documents, and others;
  • Draft remarks, prepare briefing documents and arrange interviews with company spokespeople;

Experience, Competencies and Skills Required:

  • Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading skills are essential;
  • Develop and manage timely and relevant content for targeted channels;
  • Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in journalism, communications or related field is a plus
  • Relevant experience with media, communications or public relations
  • Ability to plan, coordinate and execute public events
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and planning skills
  • Excellent command of English and Azerbaijani languages (knowledge of Russian language is an advantage);
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Adobe Photoshop or CorelDraw knowledge
